People who register for the conference agree to abide by the IACR code of conduct.
The conference registration fee includes participation in the technical program, all social functions, and an electronic copy of the conference proceedings. Accompanying guests can also be registered for participation in the conference social functions.
IACR dues have increased to $80 for regular attendees and $40 for student attendees.
All attendees who register after April 11 will incur a $100 late registration surcharge.
Accompanying guest fee is $200 and includes the welcome reception and banquet.
For those interested, there is an optional beer tasting (+ NOK 565) or a guided tour in Bergstaden and Røros Church (+ NOK 260) on Tuesday, May 13, at 19:00.
If you are a student presenting at PKC 2025, your registration fee will be covered by the Cryptography Research Fund for Student Presenters. Please contact the General Chairs before registering to obtain a registration waiver token. When you ask for a registration waiver, please indicate whether your IACR dues have been paid by registering to an IACR conference earlier in 2025.
A limited number of stipends to help reduce accommodation costs at the conference venue will be available for students attending the conference. To apply, please contact the General Chairs and ask your PhD supervisor to email us a brief justification before April 11. Please go ahead and book your accommodation now, and we will adjust the price at checkout if you are accepted for support.
Cancellation requests should be made over email to the conference general chairs. Those received by April 11 will receive a full refund less $100 to cover fixed costs for the conference. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.
