Student Stipends

PKC 2024 will give a limited number of stipends for those who are unable to obtain funding to attend the conference. We will hand out the applications when funds become available. Students in under-represented groups are especially encouraged to apply.

If you are a student presenter of an accepted paper and are seeking a registration fee waiver, please write to the General Chairs at pkc2024@iacr.org with the subject line "PKC 2024 Fee Waiver Request for [applicant name]". In your email, please provide:

your name;
your institution;
a copy of your student ID;
a support letter from your advisor;
the title of your accepted paper;
whether this will be your first IACR conference of the year

Please note that all the application letter must be received by March 1 for notification on March 10. Students who are guaranteed to receive the stipend should prepare for a student ID or other proof of affiliation at the registration desk.

Student attendees who require financial assistance beyond a registration waiver, please write to the General Chairs at pkc2024@iacr.org with the subject line "PKC 2024 Stipend Request for [applicant name]". In your email, please include the following information:

your name;
your institution;
a copy of your student ID;
highest degree obtained and research topic;
a justification letter from your advisor;
whether you are an author/co-author of an accepted paper (if this is the case, please indicate the submission ID number);
an explanation on the degree of funding support requested and why you need funding;
