Registration includes all sessions, welcome reception, conference dinner, and all coffee breaks and lunches. It does not include a printed copy of the proceedings. The proceedings will be available electronically before the workshop begins.
Cancellation requests should be made in writing or email to the conference general chair. Those received by Saturday, March 10, 2018 will receive a full refund less US$ 180 to cover fixed costs for the conference. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.
